In this workshop, Ming Bo will guide participants through a dynamic exploration of movement and text, offering a rich tapestry of exercises designed to unlock creativity and deepen understanding.
To ensure a conducive learning environment and ample time for feedback and discussion, participation will be limited to a maximum of 10 individuals.

LEARN contemporary dance foundations, including centre practice, across the floor, floor work, and a conditioning warm-up.
PLAY with guided improvisation techniques, movement phrase creation and manipulation
CREATE a collaborative work, together with myself and your peers to integrate concepts with intention, musicality, and physical connection.
